A few things that come up a lot

Not if the redirect mapping is done correctly. Every existing URL needs to resolve cleanly to its new destination, and the migration needs to be monitored in Google Search Console in the weeks following launch. When this work is done well, search rankings hold, and often improve. When it's skipped or rushed, the losses can take months to recover from.

A well-scoped migration typically runs eight to sixteen weeks depending on site size, source platform complexity and how much design work is involved. Larger enterprise sites with extensive content libraries or custom functionality take longer. We scope this during discovery so there are no surprises mid-project.
