Built into how the agency works

The feature centered on how RAB2B uses ChatGPT Business and Custom GPTs as shared agency systems. Any team can work from the same setup, with the same client context, brand guidance and approved knowledge already built in.

Plenty of agencies have people using AI. Far fewer have built shared systems that hold the institutional knowledge: brand voice, regulatory constraints, approved messaging, positioning. That gap, between individuals using AI and an agency building it into how it works, is what OpenAI recognized.

What OpenAI highlighted

The results in the feature were specific:

  • 82% faster brand compliance checks. The standards live inside the system doing the checking, so brand and regulatory rules get applied the same way every time, instead of depending on who remembered to look them up.
  • 75% less time building standard RFP responses. The first draft starts from approved, current material, so the work moves faster without giving up quality.

Why it matters in regulated, technical markets

RAB2B built these systems for the clients it serves: highly regulated, technical companies where speed, quality and consistency all have to hold at once. In that kind of work, you can't trade one for another.

That's the case for building the standards directly into the tools. A fast answer that comes back off-brand has to be redone and the time it saved disappears. Encoding approved knowledge into shared workflows is how RAB2B keeps speed and quality together, on every account.

What comes next

The feature also looked ahead. The same Custom GPT workflows behind the recognition are the foundation for what RAB2B is building next: API-powered agentic solutions that take on more of the work directly, with more autonomy, on behalf of clients.

The Custom GPTs were the proving ground. The agentic solutions are what come out of it and there's more to share soon.
